Our new range of premium Limnos Wines draws inspiration from poetry and from the island of Limnos itself. Using a rare literary turn of phrase that appears only in the plural in Greek, its name Thimises (literally reminders) does exactly what you’d expect: it brings up memories of the past, linking life events and moments with flavours and experiences to forge new memories. The carefully selected Muscat of Alexandria and Limnio varieties, ageing in French oak barrels and the limited number of bottles each year make Thimises the ideal wine for experienced oenophiles and those who just love fine wine.
